    Admit it. Developing startup financials can be daunting. Time and expertise are in short supply, while relevant information ranges from overwhelming to nonexistent. It’s not surprising that founders and aspiring entrepreneurs often wing it, avoid it or wait until an investor or bank makes them do it.

    But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can unlock your own Founder Financial Zen by understanding the “what’s” and the “why’s.” In this experiential workshop, we’ll work on creating and using stage-appropriate financial information — from an entrepreneur’s perspective.

    • What do you need to know to make decisions?
    • What can you know at different stages?
    • What do you pay hyper-attention to and what can you ignore?
    • And, most importantly, how do you make financial insights work for you – from shaping an early idea through funding and profitability.
