HQ Greensboro is a shared workspace designed to empower, foster, and cultivate companies that produce long-term job growth and positive social impact. HQ Greensboro addresses two challenges that entrepreneurs face: building a trusted support community and gaining access to flexible, affordable office space.

HQ Greensboro boasts many amenities for startups wanting to grow.  The space holds 15 private suites, 10 single-person semiprivate offices and an open co-working space with work tables and soft seating areas.  There are also three large conference rooms, one small meeting room, and three phone booths for private calls.  Other common rooms include a multi-purpose room for classes, workshops, and events.  HQ Greensboro also features a cafe space with a full-service kitchen, a bar, and specialty coffee equipment.

GROWING A COMMUNITY OF CHANGE-MAKERS AND ENTREPRENEURS

Greensboro developer Andy Zimmerman has developed 111 West Lewis Street in a collaborative partnership with HQ Raleigh and HQ Charlotte to support high-impact entrepreneurs within the Greensboro community. HQ Greensboro will build on the experience, brand, and community that HQ Raleigh has created.

Through their partnership, HQ Raleigh, HQ Greensboro and HQ Charlotte support a strong regional community of entrepreneurs. The HQ Community teams up on programming, events, membership, space design and administration. Additionally, through a reciprocal agreement, HQ Raleigh & Charlotte companies will gain access to collaborative space at HQ Greensboro and vice-versa.
