HQ Greensboro includes a spacious open community area perfect for hosting seated or standing events. Available for events are configurable desks, tables and chairs, a mounted digital projector and retractable screen, and full kitchen in the Cafe.

Events such as training, discussion panels, demos, hackathons, meetups, author readings, etc. are welcome.

If you are interested in hosting an event at HQ Greensboro, please submit an Event Rental Form.

We don’t say yes to every event request for our main space, as we prefer events that relate to HQ Greensboro’s coworking and entrepreneurial community. Schedule and staffing resources may determine space availability.

If you’d like to use our space for your event, please make sure that your event attendees respect the personal space of our office tenants. You are responsible for your own setup and cleanup.

All weeknight events start after 6pm. Contact us for special reduced community membership rates!

Staffing: 1 HQ Greensboro member or staff must be present to answer your questions and lock up after the event. Please bring your own staff for the event. If there will be more than 15 guests, bring 1 staff member per 25 guests.
