Located in downtown Greensboro within a beautifully renovated stable just off South Elm, 111 West Lewis offers a variety of spaces for groups 2 to 150, with affordable rates for individual, non-profits, and corporations. Main Event Space
$600-1,500/event
- Sunday-Thursday Evenings: $600 (2 hours), $100 each additional hour
- Friday-Saturday and Holidays: $1,500 (6 hours maximum)
- Accommodates up to 150 People. Available weekdays after 5pm, all day Saturday & Sunday. Prices include event staff on site and cleaning fee
